How to Apply
The application process is simple! First, contact us to obtain a current copy of our prospectus, Dates, Rates & Terms. Once you have received and studied this document, send us an 'expression of interest' and a Registration Form will be forwarded to you electronically to determine your trip date preferences. No payment is required at this point. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis so early registration is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
Subject to availability, an offer of placement on the trip you requested will be e-mailed to you and the obligatory forms will be forwarded to you by post. Completed forms and payment cheques must be returned (unfolded, please!) within 10 days of receipt in order to secure the placement offered.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the properly-completed forms and two (2) cheques--a deposit cheque and a post-dated cheque for the outstanding balance. The cheque for the balance must be dated not later than April 1 of the current year. Once processed, neither the deposit or the balance will be refundable unless a suitable replacement can be found for a cancellation at least 60 days prior to the scheduled trip departure date.
Confirmation of your reservation will be e-mailed to you along with the access code for the password-protected section of this website, For Participants Only, that is restricted to registered participants as it contains information of a confidential nature. There you will find information designed to help you prepare for your trip such as the weekly menu, equipment and supplies provided, what to bring (and what not to bring!) as well as road directions to Thunder Bay and Armstrong.
